We currently only take referrals from the Specialist Placement Team at East Sussex County Council.

As supported living providers we take our responsibilities very seriously and seek to maintain excellent working relationships and clear lines of communication with East Sussex County Council and their representatives. We work in partnership and agree to shared objectives. We are aware of the need to educate all of our support workers to share information in a timely way and in an agreed manner.
