Situated in a residential street in the Seaside area of Eastbourne, this house has a comfortable lounge and a kitchen diner. There are four double-bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The house has been recently refurbished and decorated in a modern style. There is a shower room and toilet on the ground floor off the kitchen, and a further bathroom on the first floor which has a bath with shower over. There is a courtyard garden to the rear of the house.

This house is situated within a couple minutes’ walk of a local park, 10 minutes walking distance to the seafront, 15 minutes walking distance to Eastbourne town centre (with a variety of shops, churches, restaurants and leisure facilities) and Eastbourne train station. The area is well-served with buses along the A259/Seaside, with the closest bus stop a 5 minute walk away.
