The House
Situated in a residential section of Bohemia Road in St Leonards-on-Sea this large Victorian terraced house has six bedrooms plus plenty of shared space to allow for both communal living and peaceful privacy whenever required. As well as the first-floor bathroom (with bath, separate shower and toilet) there is a second toilet and second shower room on the ground floor both with fittings suitable for those with mobility issues. The stairs up to the first-floor communal lounge are fully fitted with handrails to assist mobility. The lounge has a large bay window (with window seat), comfortable furniture, large flat-screen TV and telephone. In the large kitchen/dining room are a thermo-electric hob, eye-level electric grill and fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Local/Community Facilities
The house is two minutes’ walking distance from the Bohemia shops (including a Co-op, Costcutter, chemist etc.) and a twenty minute walk or five minute ride away from the main Hastings shopping centre, the main St Leonards shops and the seafront. The shops at Silverhill (including a large Asda) are a ten minute walk. The bus stop is two minutes’ walk and there are frequent buses into town and to the local railway stations. Alexandra Park is also a two minute walk and the sports centre and swimming pool is nearby. There are some cafes within easy walking distance and a large range of cafes and restaurants down in the town centres or along the seafront. There is a large choice of local churches.
