There is a no-smoking policy in all of our houses – smoking will need to take place outside and there are no exceptions. One of our houses in Eastbourne is currently an alcohol-free environment, with all tenants respecting this.

General expectations for all properties are as follows:

• Individuals agree to respect the rights of all others in the house and be mindful of each other, and respect each other’s property and privacy.

• Individuals share equal cleaning responsibilities and all contributions will be valued – extra support with this can be given if needed.

• The houses are run on a green/eco-friendly basis and we actively encourage recycling, composting, energy saving and the use of cleaning products that are kind to our planet.

• Friends and family are welcome to visit just as they would be in your own home.

• Overnight stays (limited to one per week) are possible by negotiation.
